- Once your order has been placed our team will get to work on building your order. Once the order is built and ready we look at planning deliveries in the most fuel efficient way.

- Float deliver locally within a 30 mile radius using our own trucks but also deliver nationwide with the help of our courier company either way it free to a room of choice.
- If your order is in stock and you want to collect it, please telephone the store to make sure it is ready before setting off, if you haven't had a call or email from us.
RETURN
- If you wish to return your bed or mattress It is your responsibility to return the items to our central delivery point in a good condition However Float recognise that many customers do not have the means to do this, and so will arrange collection during normal business hours (Monday to Friday) if requested
