Shipping Policy for Float Sleep

At Float Sleep, we strive to provide efficient and reliable shipping services to our valued customers. This Shipping Policy outlines important information regarding the delivery of our products. Please read this policy carefully to understand our shipping procedures.

1. Delivery Timeframe

• Standard Delivery: We will deliver your Bed and Mattresses order within 7-10 days from the date of purchase. Sofa orders normally take 14-20 days.

2. Shipping Methods

• Carrier Selection: We select reputable shipping carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order. The carrier may vary depending on the product type, size, weight, and destination. This will be a 2 man delivery service.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping: We offer premium insured delivery on all orders.

4. Shipping Restrictions

• Geographic Limitations: We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
• P.O. Box Addresses: We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a valid physical address for delivery during the checkout process.

5. Delivery Process

• Notification: Once your order is placed, you will get a confirmation email. We will then proceed to start manufacturing. If you request any changes to your order, this must be done within 24 hours.
• Delivery: Once manufactured, our team will contact you with a time slot. We will try to accommodate specific times if possible.
• Delivery Attempts: The shipping carrier will attempt to deliver your order to the provided shipping address. We will ring 30 minutes before delivery to confirm someone is home. If no one is available to receive the package, they may leave a delivery notification or make alternative delivery arrangements.
• Signature Requirement: In some cases, a signature may be required upon delivery. This is to ensure the safe and accurate delivery of your order. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, please follow the carrier's instructions for re-scheduling or collecting your package.

6. Order Changes and Cancellations

• Change Requests: Once your order has been placed, changes to the shipping address or other details may only be possible within 12 hours. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
• Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been shipped. However, once the order is in transit, it cannot be cancelled.
