Refund and Returns Policy
We are committed to making your return experience as easy as possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items free of charge (we will use our own courier to pickup). To initiate a return, please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a convenient time to collect the item(s) from you. Before proceeding with any returns, please contact us via email to confirm the return details.

Conditions for Returns and Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

Item Condition: All items must be in their original condition and packaging, ready for collection. Items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way will not be eligible for a refund.
Collection and Inspection: Once we have collected the item(s), they will be inspected to ensure they meet our return conditions. If the items are in satisfactory condition, we will process your refund, including any delivery charges, within 5 working days of the collection.
Hygiene Reasons: We are unable to accept returns of any mattresses, divans, or mattress protectors if the original packaging has been removed or if the item has been used.
Assembly Items: Items that require assembly must be disassembled and placed back in their original packaging.

Refund Procedure
Contact Us: Before initiating a return, please contact us via email to arrange a suitable collection time and date.
Collection: We will collect the item(s) from you at the agreed time and date.
Inspection: Upon receiving the item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they are in original condition and packaging.
Refund Processing: If the returned item(s) meet our conditions, we will process your refund using the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5 working days of us receiving and inspecting the item(s).
Important Notes
Please ensure that all items for return are kept in their original condition while in your possession.
For hygiene reasons, items such as mattresses, divans, or mattress protectors that have been opened or used are not eligible for return.
We allow only one return per customer. If you have purchased multiple items we will not come to pick these up more than once. We strive to provide a seamless return experience. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team.
