Refund and Returns Policy

Acceptable Reasons for Return
We accept returns under the following circumstances:

  • The item received is damaged, faulty, or defective upon delivery.
  • The item delivered is incorrect (e.g., wrong size, color, or product).
  • The item does not match the description provided at the time of purchase.
  • If your reason for return does not fall under these categories, please contact us for further assistance.

Conditions for Returns and Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

Item Condition: 
All items must be in their original condition and packaging, ready for collection.
Items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way will not be eligible for a refund.


Order Changes and Cancellations:
Once an order has been placed, you have 12 hours to request any changes.
After this period, and once the product has been manufactured (usually within 5 working days), cancellation will no longer be possible.
If cancellation is requested after manufacturing, we will provide proof that the product has been made, and you will be entitled to a maximum refund of 40% of the cost you paid.

Collection and Inspection:
Once we have collected the item(s), they will be inspected to ensure they meet our return conditions.
If the items are in satisfactory condition, we will process your refund, including any delivery charges, within 5 working days of the collection.

Hygiene Reasons:
We are unable to accept returns of any mattresses, divans, or mattress protectors if the original packaging has been removed or if the item has been used.

Assembly Items:
Items that require assembly must be disassembled and placed back in their original packaging.

Important Considerations:

Fit and Accessibility: Please ensure the headboard or other pieces will fit into your room of choice. We offer a split option for larger headboards to facilitate easier access. Please utilise this option if required.

Customer Courtesy for Issues: If you encounter any issues with your purchase (e.g., quality, colours, size, etc.), please contact us directly to resolve the matter.
Opening a chargeback without notifying us beforehand is against our policies. As a small business, chargebacks negatively impact us significantly.
We kindly ask you to give us the opportunity to address and resolve any concerns before proceeding with a chargeback through your debit/credit card company.
